Poble Espanyol

Just to south of Barcelona city centre lies the mountain of Montjuic. Here is the location of many different things including a castle, a cable car and the 1992 Olympic Stadium. However, ever since 1929 it has been the home of something even more spectacular; the entirety of Spain in one village!

The village is said to have inspired the Walt Disney theme parks, and when you are standing in it, you can see why. 1700 unique buildings feature to form a world that is Spain in one park. The designers traveled all of Spain, and chose their favourite pieces from each region to replicate in the heart of Barcelona. Witness buildings from Catalonia and Aragon, castles from Castille and Leon and Moorish city walls from Andalusia.

Every day there are many different activities and many different Spanish experiences to take part in. Paint in an art class, listen to local musicians and even show off your culinary skills in Spanish cooking schools. At Poble Espanyol there is something for everyone!

Book today to witness how you can travel the entirety of Spain, without even leaving Barcelona!
